You can wear whatever you find comfortable, but do bear in mind that Hawk Walking is an outdoor activity and the weather can change quite quickly. You may also be crossing some uneven terrain, so wear a good pair of walking boots or trainers.
Can you tell me in advance which birds I will be flying?
Due to the nature of working with birds of prey, we cannot guarantee that one particular bird will be available on any particular day. Sorry.
Will my walk be cancelled if the weather is poor?
Unfortunately, for reasons of their own safety, our birds cannot fly in very poor weather. If conditions are looking inclement, Oscar Falconry will be in touch in advance of the day of the walk to discuss possible options.
